You can pay with Bancontact, iDEAL | Wero, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Union Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, BLIK, MobilePay and Twint. Which methods you see depends on your country; at checkout you always see the available options.
How can I use a discount code?
To use a discount code at Elcielicious, first add the desired products to your shopping cart. During the checkout process there is a field where you can enter the discount code. Enter the code and click 'Apply'. The discount will then be automatically deducted from the total amount of your order.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes, we offer gift vouchers. You can find these here in our online store.

A higher rate may apply to very heavy parcels; you always see the correct amount at checkout. We process your order within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and Luxembourg then usually takes 1 to 3 working days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. In Belgium and the Netherlands shipping is free from €65, in Germany and France from €80. See our shipping policy for all countries.

How long does delivery take?
We process your order within 1 to 2 working days (not at weekends or on public holidays). Delivery in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and Luxembourg then usually takes 1 to 3 working days.
