Kaizen Low Carb White Cheddar Mac & Cheese is macaroni made from lupin flour with a mild, white cheddar sauce that you prepare yourself. The pasta cooks in 5 to 6 minutes.

Preparation

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta for 5 to 6 minutes, drain, and return the pasta to the warm pot. Add approximately 120 ml of milk and the cheese powder, and stir until a creamy sauce forms. For a richer sauce, you can add a knob of butter.

Ingredients

Pasta: lupin flour, fava bean protein, tapioca starch, xanthan gum.
Cheese blend: cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), sodium phosphate, buttermilk powder, natural flavors, salt. Contains 2% or less of: xanthan gum, lactic acid, yeast extract.

Allergens: contains lupin and milk. Lupin is a legume from the same family as peanuts; people with a peanut or legume allergy may also react to lupin.
